Her research explores how movement, meditation, and breathing practices influence mental and physical well-being. A particular focus is movement-based meditation, including Seonmudo, yoga, and mindful movement, and the psychophysiological mechanisms underlying these practices, examined through measures such as EEG, fNIRS, HRV, and respiration. Her broader research aims to develop and scientifically evaluate mind–body practices and translate research findings into accessible approaches to health and well-being.
